My morning routine is…
Normally get woken up by the hungry cat, then fight with myself about getting back into bed or going to the gym…If I make it to the gym my morning is off to a much better start. I am a huge fan of breakfast at work, either a smoothie or porridge at my desk as I start the day, with a cup of hot water or a green tea – I am a strange creature and can’t stand coffee so this warms me up / starts my day off well.
My favourite way to workout is…
I am a big fan of the gym (doesn’t mean I am always dedicated at going …) I transitioned from cardio bunny to someone who enjoys doing weight training over the last year and love it! Yoga and Pilates are also part of my gym routine and I appreciate the zen feeling they give me, if only the a 45-minute class…

An American road-trip, Cuba & Tuscany (I passed by for an hour and now I crave going back, getting a little villa for a few weeks and doing nothing but eating pizza and drinking Italian wine.)
