Before we packed our bags to travel I would normally get woken up by the hungry cat, then fight with myself about getting back into bed or going to the gym…Followed by breakfast at my desk because, life right?! Now, every morning is crazy different but I do try and keep some routine in my life by starting the day with a morning walk.

I am a big fan of the gym (doesn’t mean I am always dedicated to going …) I transitioned from cardio bunny to someone who enjoys doing weight training over the last year and love it! Yoga and Pilates are also part of my gym routine and I appreciate the zen feeling they give me, if only for the 45-minute class…
